[12/1] IGF – A “Road to INOKI BOM-BA-YE 2014 Fan Festival” was held at the Korakuen Hall. Ikuhisa Minowa would request a singles match against Naoya Ogawa and Daichi Hashimoto would compete in a singles exhibition against Shinya Aoki,
[12/3] DRAGON GATE – CIMA, Naruki Doi, Don Fujii, K-ness., and Gamma joined the MAD BLANKEY unit.
[12/5] RJPW – Takatoriki competed in his second ever match, at the Korakuen Hall. Takatoriki teamed with First Tiger Mask, Super Tiger, Alexander Otsuka & Taka Kunou to take on Atsushi Onita, Masao Tanaka [ZERO1], Ichiro Yaguchi, Hideki Suzuki & Ricky Fuji in a street fight death match.
[12/6] AJPW – The final match of the “World’s Strongest Tag League” took place at the BODYMAKER COLOSSEUM, 2nd Stadium in Osaka. Jun Akiyama & Takao Omori would become the 68th World Tag champions as they reclaimed the tag belts that they vacated before the start of the league. They defeated the team of Go Shiozaki & Kento Miyahara. Atsushi Onita also made his return to the All Japan ring as he took part in Masanobu Fuchi’s final 40th Anniversary match. They took on the team of Yoshinobu Kanemaru & Ultimo Dragon.
[12/6] NOAH – Held the “GREAT VOYAGE 2014 in Tokyo vol.3” at the Ariake Colosseum. The main event saw Naomichi Marufuji defend the GHC Heavyweight belt against the “Global League 2014 winner” Takashi Sugiura in a 30+ minute match. NJPW’s Satoshi Kojima challenged the champion after the match. Atsushi Kotoge was crowned the 28th GHC Junior Champion after he defeated Daisuke Harada. Kenou & Hajime Ohara defended the GHC Jr. Tag belts against NJPW’s Jushin Thunder Liger & Tiger Mask IV.
[12/6] GUTS World – Tatushiko Yoshino defended the GWC belt against Daisuke in a match that went to a 60 minute draw.
[12/7] NJPW – The final match of the “World Tag League 2014” took place at the Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium. The main event would see Hirooki Goto & Katsuyori Shibata defeat the IWGP Heavyweight Champions Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows to be crowned the league winners. Goto & Shibata then challenged for the belts to be on the line at the upcoming Tokyo Dome show on 1/4.
[12/7] WRESTLE-1 – Kaz Hayashi & Shuji Kondo defended the W-1 Tag belts against AKIRA & Manabu Soya at the BODYMAKER COLOSSEUM, 2nd Stadium in Osaka. Masayuki Kono & TAJIRI challenged the champions after the match for a defense at the 12/22 show. Masakatsu Funaki, Seiya Sanada, KAI, Ryota Hama & Yasufumi Nakanoue took on Masayuki Kono, TAJIRI, Ryoji Sai, KAZMA SAKAMOTO, and Great Muta in a 5vs5 showdown. Minoru Tanaka also beat Hiroshi Yamato to become the EWP Intercontinental Champion.
[12/8] Tokyo Sports Awards – Hiroshi Tanahashi won the MVP of 2014 with Masato Tanaka and Takashi Sugiura earning the honor of Best Tag of 2014.
[12/8] A memorial show was held in the honor of the late Koichiro Kimura who passed away a few months back.
[12/10] Fortune Dream – Kenta Kobashi’s 2nd ever Fortune Dream show was held at the Korakuen Hall. The main event saw K-DOJO’s Yuji Hino and AJPW’s Kento Miyahara taking on AJPW’s Triple Crown Champion Joe Doering and DRAGON GATE’s Shingo Takagi. Also a special talk show took place between Kenta Kobashi and Genichiro Tenryu.
[12/11] Tokyo Gurentai – “TOKYO DREAM 2014” was held at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo. The main event would see the veteran team of Mil Mascaras and Terry Funk teaming with W-1’s Masakatsu Funaki take on NOSAWA Rongai, Yoshiaki Fujiwara and W-1’s Kaz Hayashi. MAZADA would also become the 4th Tokyo World Heavyweight Champion after he defeated FUJITA.
[12/11] ZERO1 – Kicked off their first day of the “Furinkazan Tag Tournament” at the Shinkiba 1stRING in Tokyo. Kohei Sato & Hideki Suzuki and Ikuto Hidaka & Fujita “Jr” Hayato would move on the next round of matches.
[12/12] Michinoku – Held their final big show of the year at the Korakuen Hall. The main event would see “Mu no Taiyo” The Great Sasuke, Shu Brahman, Kei Brahman and special guest Ultraman Robin take on the Michinoku Ninja Turtles. Rasse would also take part in his send-off match against his mentor Ultimo Dragon as he plans to train and compete overseas in 2015.
[12/14] AJPW – Kyohei Wada held his “40th Anniversary & 60th Birthday Commemorative Show” at the Korakuen Hall. The main event would see Suwama & Go Shiozaki team for the very first time ever as they took on Akebono & Takao Omori. Atsushi Aoki would also defend the World Junior belt against veteran Masanobu Fuchi, who celebrated his own 40th anniversay as a pro-wrestler this year. KENSO would become the 5th GAORA TV Champion after he defeated Kotaro Suzuki in a nearly 15 minute match. All Japan’s latest rookie Yuma Aoyagi also made his debut on this show.
[12/14] K-DOJO – Kaji Tomato & Shiori Asahi defended the STRONGEST-K TAG belts against Kengo Mashimo & Tank Nagai and Atsushi Maruyama defended the Independent World Junior Heavyweight belt against Yuki Sato.
[12/16] Atsushi Onita held a press conference to announce that the “Blast Death Match” shows will be getting even bigger as they will be known as “Cho-hanabi” aka Super Fireworks in 2015.
[12/17] UNION – FUMA would become the 4th UNION MAX Champion after he defeated Hikaru Sato after a 20+ minute match at the Shinjuku FACE.
[12/21] BJW – Yuko Miyamoto defended the Deathmatch Heavyweight belt against Abdullah Kobayashi at the Yokohama Cultural Gymnasium. The recently returned Yuji Okabayashi teamed with Kohei Sato as they took on Daisuke Sekimoto & Hideyoshi Kamitani. Then Shuji Ishikawa would be crowned the 5th World Strong Heavyweight Champion after he defeated Ryuichi Kawakami for the vacant belt.
[12/22] WRESTLE-1 – The main event saw Keiji Mutoh defended the WRESTLE-1 Championship against Seiya Sanada at the Korakuen Hall. Manabu Soya challenged the champion after the match. Kaz Hayashi & Shuji Kondo also defended the W-1 Tag belts against Masayuki Kono & TAJIRI. Yasufumi Nakanoue and Yusuke Kodama challenged the champions after the match, the two had a physical singles match earlier in the night which made for a questionable alliance. Masakatsu Funaki & KAI took on the ZERO1 team of Masato Tanaka & Hideki Suzuki, with pleny of heat being shown between Funaki and Hideki. Koji Doi also joined DESPERADO with Novus, former WNC rookie group, officially being dissolved.
[12/22] Yoji Anjo announced that he will be retiring in 2015 with his retirement match set for March 19, 2015 at the Korakuen Hall.
[12/23] DDT – HARASHIMA defended the KO-D Openweight belt against Shigehiro Irie in the main event at the Korakuen Hall. The next defense was now official as Kota Ibushi finally gets his challenge at the Saitama Arena on Febraury 15th. Konosuke Takeshita & Tetsuya Endo defended the KO-D Tag belts against KUDO & Yukio Sakaguchi. Then Yoshihiko became the 1,010th Iron Man Heavy Metal Champion after beating singer LiLiCo.
[12/25] Kasai Produce – Jun Kasai held his annual “Bloody Christmas” produce show at the Korakuen Hall. The main event would see Masashi Takeda defeat his mentor Jun Kasai to become the 4th KING of FREEDOM WORLD CHAMPION.
[12/27] NOAH – Held their 2014 “YEAR END” show at the Korakuen Hall. Kenou & Hajime Ohara defended the GHC Jr. Tag belts against Super Crazy & Pesadilla in the first ever TLC title defense match. NJPW’s Satoshi Kojima, Hiroyoshi Tenzan & Yuji Nagata would also take on Naomichi Marufuji, Muhammed Yone & Katsuhiko Nakajima in the main event.
[12/28] ZERO1 – Jason Lee once more became the ZERO1 Jr. 2 Crown Champion after he defeated Takuya Sugawara in Hong Kong, China.
[12/30] BJW -The BJW Tag belts were in defense as the champions Kohei Sato & Shuji Ishikawa went to a 30 minute draw against Yuko Miyamoto & Isami Kodaka at the Korakuen Hall. The new FREEDOMS Champion Masashi Takeda faced off against Abdullah Kobayashi in a special death match main event. Then Yuji Okabayashi continued to show his true strength since his return as he teamed with Ryuichi Kawakami to take on Daisuke Sekimoto & Hideyoshi Kamitani.

[12/31] DDT/BJW/K-DOJO – The final show of the year of the big Tokyo Indy promotion was held at the Korakuen Hall. A single elimination single day tag tournament took place on the show with Yuko Miyamoto & Isami Kodaka defeating the team of K-DOJO’s Yuji Hino & BJW’s Yuji Okabayashi in the main event.
